The Kyoto Haiku Project wishes you a happy new year.
We thank you for submitting many haiku on the theme of “Haiku for Peace” in 2022. Our sincere wish is to spread, through haiku, love and hope to those in Ukraine, Russia, and everyone suffering from conflicts worldwide, even right now. Therefore, we keep calling for haiku submission for peace.
We sincerely hope that our thoughts become Kotodama (the power of words) to guide us in the direction we hope.
The Kyoto Haiku Project will celebrate its 3rd anniversary in August this year.
We will continue our action “connect through haiku, connect to the world.”
May the new year fill your heart with joy and inspiration.
